This email is also the right place to send any question, correction, or feedback about the content on this site — what’s clear, what’s confusing, what’s missing, what could be explained better.

A few things worth knowing before you write:

This site is not run by the Government of Rajasthan and cannot help with anything that needs to happen on your actual SSO account. If you have forgotten your password, can’t login, your OTP isn’t arriving, your Jan Aadhaar isn’t linking, or your account is locked, those problems can only be fixed by the official RajSSO helpdesk — not by this site. Their phone numbers and email are listed on the homepage and on the official portal at sso.rajasthan.gov.in.

Please do not send your SSO ID, password, Jan Aadhaar number, SIPF number, OTP, or any other personal credentials in your email. There is never a reason to share these with anyone — not with this site, not with the official helpdesk, not with anyone who claims to be “verifying” your account. If someone asks you for these, it is a scam.

Replies usually go out within a few days. Corrections to pages are made as soon as the issue is verified against the live portal.
