Privacy Policy

This page explains what information SSOIID.com collects from you when you visit, what is done with it, and what is not. It is written in plain language because privacy policies should be possible to actually read.

SSOIID.com does not ask you for any personal information. There is no signup form, no login form, no contact form, no newsletter, no payment page on this site. You can read every page here without entering your name, your email, your phone number, your SSO ID, your Jan Aadhaar number, your SIPF number, or anything else about yourself. Nothing on this site asks for these and nothing on this site needs them.

The only personal information that ever reaches the site owner is what you choose to send by email to [email protected]. If you write to that address — to report a mistake, ask a question, or send feedback — your email address and the contents of your message are received and read. Emails are kept only as long as needed to reply and resolve the issue, then deleted. They are not added to any mailing list, not shared with anyone, and not used for anything other than answering you.

SSOIID.com uses some standard tools that collect basic, non-personal technical information automatically. This includes things like which pages were visited, which country the visit came from, which browser and device were used, and how long the visit lasted. This kind of information is collected by tools like Google Analytics and by the hosting provider’s server logs. It is anonymous, aggregated, and used only to understand which pages are helpful and which need improvement. It is never linked to a personal identity.

This site may use Google AdSense in the future to display ads. When AdSense is active, Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your previous visits to this site or other sites on the internet. This is standard practice across most websites that show ads. You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time by visiting Google’s Ads Settings, and you can read Google’s own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy for full details about how their advertising cookies work. SSOIID.com itself does not have access to any data Google or its advertising partners collect through these cookies — that data lives with them, not here.

Cloudflare is used in front of this site to deliver pages quickly and to protect against attacks. Cloudflare may temporarily collect basic technical data like IP addresses for security purposes. Their privacy practices are explained at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

You can block cookies entirely in your browser settings if you prefer. The site will still work normally for reading content.

This site is not run by the Government of Rajasthan or DoIT&C. Nothing you read or do here is reported to any government body. SSOIID.com has no access to the official RajSSO database, no access to your Jan Aadhaar records, no access to your government employment records, and no ability to see anything about your real SSO account. The official portal at sso.rajasthan.gov.in has its own separate privacy policy that governs how it handles your data when you use it.

If anything in this policy is unclear, or if you want any data about you that the site may have received via email to be deleted, write to [email protected] and it will be handled.

This policy may be updated when something on the site changes — for example, if AdSense is switched on, or a new tool is added. The current version is always available on this page.
